This policy explains what happens to your information when you join the Treasured Chapters waitlist on this website.
Who we are
Treasured Chapters is a family keepsake app being built in the UK. You can contact us at hello@treasuredchapters.co.uk.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and a record that you agreed to hear from us. That's all.
What we use it for
To email you when Treasured Chapters launches, to send your waitlist offer, and to send the occasional update about the app. We use it only because you've given your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who handles it
Our email list is stored and sent by EmailOctopus, an email service based in the UK. The sign-up form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until we no longer need it for the launch. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@treasuredchapters.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
The app
This policy covers the waitlist only. The Treasured Chapters app will have its own privacy policy, published before launch.
